I am a co-founder and director of Fianna Wilderness School, offering land-based programming to youth and adults across Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast.
We offer group workshops in land-based skills, mythological study, and ancestral relationship. If you are curious about one-on-one mentoring, these programs offer a great introduction to land-based work, and also offer a vital experience of deepening relationship to land and self in community.
One source of the crises of our time is the fragmentation of community, particularly community-based practices of engaging relationship to place. As we like to say at Fianna "closer to the land, closer to each other".
